Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Age range: 18 years old and above; 2) The case group was patients who were clearly diagnosed with aortic aneurysm or aortic coarctation by imaging examinations such as ultrasound or CT, and the control group was normal volunteers without ophthalmologic and systemic diseases; 3) Voluntarily participate in this study and sign a written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Inability to cooperate or complete the full eye examination due to systemic diseases or personal reasons; 2) Comorbid serious eye disease or have undergone intraocular surgery. 3) Have a history of any medical condition that may affect compliance with the program (e.g., severe mental disorder, cognitive dysfunction, substance abuse or addiction, etc.);
