Interventions

Control group:Maintain the previous treatment regimen for more than 1 month
After 1 month, the dose of hypoglycemic regimen was adjusted on the basis of the original hypoglycemic regimen, without increasing the types of drugs, and the course of treatment was 26 weeks.
Experimental group:Dagaglizin tablet 10mg/ time was taken orally within half an hour after breakfast every day for 26 weeks.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Aged between 18 and 75; (2) Meeting the diagnostic criteria for diabetes after kidney transplantation; (3)8.0%=HbA1c=12.0%; (4) Those who agree to participate in the study and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) combined with type 1 diabetes, type 2 diabetes or other causes and other special types of diabetes; (2) The estimated glomerular filtration rate was <45mL/min/1.73m2; (3) urogenital tract infection; (4) Patients with severe heart, lung, liver dysfunction and malignant tumors; (5) Unable to cooperate with or refuse to participate in the study due to serious mental illness; (6) Patients who are allergic to drugs used in this study; (7) Pregnant or lactating patients; (8) Severe complications of diabetes such as diabetic ketoacidosis or severe infections.
