Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (i) patients diagnosed with malignant tumors by pathological examination, based on TNM staging of stage III~IV, with the time of diagnosis = 1 month; (ii) expected survival period of more than 2 weeks; (iii) informed about the condition, conscious, able to communicate normally, and able to listen to and read the contents of the scale; (iv) informed consent to the study and voluntary participation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (i) those who suffer from mental illness or cognitive impairment; (ii) those who are critically ill and cannot complete the study; (iii) those whose patients have taken anxiolytic or antidepressant medication in the last 3 months; and (iv) those who were transferred to hospital or died during the study and withdrew halfway through the study.
