Hyperglycemia and excessive weight gain during pregnancy

Interventions

Intervention Group:On the basis of the positive control group, the intervention of the "Shukang Diet" APP was added.
Control group:Hospital standard GDM treatment was used. These include health education, diet therapy, exercise therapy, and blood glucose monitoring.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Age 18-45 years; 2) Gestational diabetes mellitus or excessive weight gain during pregnancy diagnosed during pregnancy; 3) Sign the informed consent form and voluntarily participate in this research.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Have been diagnosed with type 1 or type 2 diabetes before pregnancy. 2) Treatments that affect blood glucose metabolism are already being used, such as oral corticosteroids or metformin, insulin, etc. 3) Multiple pregnancies. 4) Physical disability. 5) Have a serious mental illness and cannot understand the content of the research. 6) Unable to use a smartphone.
