Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Cataract patients with regular corneal astigmatism = 0.75D and far-vision desire to remove the lens; (2) over 18 years of age; (3) BUT=10s, Schirmer I test =10mm/5min; (4) Informed consent to this research.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Irregular corneal astigmatism, such as corneal scar, corneal degeneration, keratoconus, etc.; (2) Patients with cataract accompanied by eye diseases that may affect the stability of the lens pouch should be used with caution, such as relaxation or mild detachment of the suspensory ligament of the lens, and false capsular exfoliation syndrome; (3) Cataract patients with insufficient pupil dilation or iris relaxation syndrome may affect the accurate positioning of IOL during surgery; (4) Other conditions deemed unsuitable for inclusion by the researcher.
