Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Age greater than 18 and less than 85 years old; 2) Hospitalized patients or outpatient diagnosed with lung disease, including pneumonia, asthma, tuberculosis, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, lung fibrosis, and lung cancer; 3) Not receiving relevant drug treatment before diagnosis; 4) Patients were fully informed, agreed to participate in this study and expected to complete the examination related to this test item. Health control inclusion criteria: ? Age greater than 18 years and less than 85 years old; ? No respiratory symptoms (such as cough, phlegm, hemoptysis, shortness of breath, difficulty breathing, or chest pain); ? Has not received medication treatment within 7 days.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Need respiratory support (oxygen, non-invasive ventilator, etc.); 2) Have received relevant drug treatment; 3) Unable to obtain sufficient expiratory air due to respiratory limitation; 4) Breastfeeding or pregnant females; 5) Poor adherence, unwilling to accept the examination or unwilling to complete the follow-up visit.
