Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Group A: ? The serum HBsAg was positive, and the clinical diagnosis was chronic hepatitis B patients; The serum HCV RNA was positive, and the clinical diagnosis was chronic hepatitis C patients; ? Liver biopsy has been done (the result is within 3 months before enrollment) or liver biopsy is ready to be done; ? Age 18-65 years old, male or female. Group B: ? Age 18-65 years old, male or female; ? Health check-up, without any liver disease; Group C (screened in group A): ? Meet the enrollment criteria of group A; ? The liver tissue biopsy results were in the G3-G4/S3-S4 stage of liver fibrosis, who cooperated with the clinical treatment;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with other hepatotropic virus infections at the same time; (2) Complicated with non viral liver disease, such as autoimmune liver disease, acute and chronic drug-induced liver damage, chronic alcoholic liver damage, non-alcoholic steatohepatitis, etc; (3) Complicated with serious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases and immune system diseases; (4) Combined with malignant tumors of other organ systems.
