Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1)diagnosed with Stanford type A aortic dissection by CT angiography of the aorta; (2)Surgical treatment with extracorporeal circulation support; (3)Informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1)Prior history of mental illness, or neurological disorders; (2)Intraoperative death, or survival time <6h after surgery; (3)Refusal to participate in this study; (4)Inadequate medical records.
