Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Unilateral single cut wound located between mid-distal forearm and the distal transverse wrist crease. 2. At least three major structures are completely severed in the volar forearm wound.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. There are other exceptional injuries of nerves, blood vessels, tendons and bone in either upper limb, or there are burns, heat crush injuries, degloving injuries, skin and soft tissue defects and serious infections 2. Intolerance of treatment, refusal of emergency care, or refusal to provide proof of informed consent.
