Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Independent civil liability capacity; (2) Nanchong City household registration, and Nanchong City permanent population; (3) To participate in this study voluntarily and follow the principle of informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? non-Nanchong resident population and non-resident population; ? Illiterate; ? Have reading/communication difficulties; (4) Medical personnel; ? Unable to complete the questionnaire.
