Esketamine Group:Anesthesia was induced with Esketamine,0.5mg/kg, propofol, 1-2 mg/kg
and then rocuronium, 0.6-0.9 mg/kg, to facilitate the insertion of a tracheal tube. Anesthesia was maintained with Esketamine 0.5mg/kg /hour, and propofol, 4-9 mg/kg/hour. The infusion rate was titra

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Patients who signed an informed consent form 2 Patients undergoing elective laparoscopic total hysterectomy 3 ASAI - II 4 patients who were aged 20 to 70 years 5 BMI:20-28

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Patients with preoperative psychological disorders or a history of taking antidepressants 2 Patients who are allergic to narcotic drugs, cerebrovascular diseases, cardiovascular diseases with clinical symptoms, respiratory failure, severe obstructive ventilation dysfunction, and severe liver and kidney dysfunction 3 anaemia (Hb < 90g/L) 4 Patients undergoing elective laparoscopic total hysterectomy plus double adnexal resection
