Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1: ICU patients receiving mechanical ventilation with stable circulation or post-operation patients 2: age?[18,80] 3: Central Venous Catheterization& chest CT
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1: Respiratory complications: pneumothorax, pleural effusion, pericardial effusion, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, acute respiratory distress syndrome, primary/secondary pulmonary hypertension, and suspected pulmonary embolism 2: Patients with recent cardiac and thoracic surgery and impaired chest wall integrity 3: Obese patients with a BMI greater than 30 kg/m2 4: Placement of patients with potential electrical interference such as temporary or permanent cardiac pacemakers 5: Significant electrolyte disturbances: hypernatremia, hyperchloremia, hypokalemia, etc 6: Patients with coagulation disorders and a tendency to hemolysis 7: Patients with spontaneous breathing
