65 Years to 100 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: ? Age = 65 years old, regardless of gender; ? Fresh fractures within 2 weeks of injury; ? The patient has the ability to walk independently before the injury; ? Not in a state of pneumonia before injury.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: ? Old fracture; ? Pathological fracture; ? Serious underlying diseases that endanger the patient's life; ? Multiple fractures with combined hip fractures; ? Long term oral immunosuppressive drugs.
