20 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) patients with gastric cancer confirmed by preoperative imaging (CT or enhanced CT), gastroscopy and pathology; (2) Age 20-75 years, without intestinal obstruction, diabetes and other metabolic diseases; (3) no severe heart, lung, liver or kidney dysfunction; (4) without preoperative radiotherapy or chemotherapy; (5) patients with complete clinical data; (6) those with voluntary and informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Use of various antibiotics or probiotics within 1 week before admission; (2) distant metastasis or infeasible gastrectomy; (3) previous history of cancer or other systemic tumors; (4) severe heart, lung, liver and kidney dysfunction; (5) patients received preoperative radiotherapy and chemotherapy; (6) patients with incomplete clinical dat
