Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The KOA group meets the diagnostic criteria of KOA and has typical clinical symptoms. KOA group and HC group included patients were required: Han nationality, age 45-70 years old, gender unlimited; education level above junior high school; right handed; at least 2 months did not take psychotropic drugs.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Organic diseases of the central nervous system ; mental and psychological history combined with somatization symptoms; a history of serious medical diseases; history of head trauma; history of trauma surgery; history of drug abuse or substance dependence; people with visual and hearing impairment ; any magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) contraindications.
