Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ?Diagnosis confirmed with imaging studies ?Unruptured aneurysms ?Evaluation was performed preoperativelyafter surgery and the surgury was SAC or FD, and at least one imaging follow-up should be conducted after the surgery (the examination method should be one of MRA, MRI, CTA, or enhanced CT, excluding ordinary CT examination) ?Periprocedural anticoagulation was administered according to standard regimens
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ?RIA patients ?History of cerebral hemorrhage within 1 month ?Not perform SAC or FD ?Not having periprocedural anticoagulation according to standard regimens ?With incomplete medical records ?Lost in the follow-up period (Not participating in imaging follow-up and telephone follow-up after surgery)
