Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Sample type: patients with clinically suspected acute stroke and patients with head MRI examination after head CT scanning to exclude intracranial hemorrhage. (2) Age range: =18 years. (3) Receiving standardized treatment for ischemic stroke.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) MRI images have serious motion artifacts that affect image post-processing. (2) The final MRI scan was not completed. (3) Did not receive standardized treatment for ischemic stroke.
