35 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.35-70 years old, regardless of gender; 2. Be able to understand and cooperate with this experiment, and voluntarily sign the informed consent; 3.2 Patients diagnosed with type 2 diabetes (meeting the diabetes diagnostic criteria of the Chinese Type 2 Diabetes Prevention and Treatment Guidelines (2020 edition)); 4. Overweight (BMI 24.0-27.9 kg/m2) or obese (BMI= 28.0 kg/m2).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed with type 1 diabetes or with severe complications of diabetes, such as diabetic foot or diabetic kidney disease. 2. In the last blood pressure measurement, systolic blood pressure. 180mmHg or diastolic blood pressure > 110mmHg; 3. Have a history of severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases or arteriosclerotic diseases in the past six months; 4. Have severe liver disease (AST (ASpartate aminotransferase), ALT (alanine aminotransferase) or TBIL (total bilirubin) > 2 times the upper limit of normal reference value) or kidney disease (Cr (creatinine) > 1.5 times the upper limit of normal reference value); 5. Have a blood disease or tumor; 6. Pregnant or trying to become pregnant; 7. Suffers from mental illness; 8. Cannot or does not agree to sign the informed consent; 9. Participated in other clinical studies within 30 days prior to the screening period; 10. You can't take care of yourself.
