Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients: diagnosed with stage I to III breast cancer and aware of their own disease diagnosis; first surgical treatment; more than 18 years old; are married; Spouses: aware of patients’ disease diagnosis; are the primary caregivers during the hospitalization both of them are able to speak and read; both of them are capable of using smart phone and wechat; both of them participate in this study voluntarily.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: patients with other serious physical illnesses or critically ill conditions;; patients or spouses who are taking part in some psychosocial interventions or consultations; either of them have mental illness or cognitive impairment
