18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age =18 years old, =70 years old, gender is not limited; (2) The surgical method was single-aperture thoracoscopic lobectomy; (3) ASA grade I-III; (4) The operation time was <4h; (5) BMI: 18-28 kg/m2; (6) Obtain the informed consent of the patient and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with mental or conscious disorders before surgery; (2) Patients who take sedative and analgesic drugs for a long time; (3) Overweight or obese people (BMI =28 kg/m2); (4) Patients with contraindications of the related anesthetic drugs in this study; (5) Patients with severe liver and kidney function impairment before surgery; (6) People with coagulation disorders; (7) There is an infected person at the puncture site; (8) Pregnant and lactating women.
