Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Referring to the 2021 ESC guidelines, patients in sinus rhythm,with indications for CRT (symptomatic heart failure, LVEF = 35%, LBBB QRS morphology on ECG. LBBB on the ECG strictly met the Strauss criteria.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients with upgraded CRT due to ventricular pacing dependence 2) Patients with a life expectancy of less than 1 year 3)Patients with right ventricular mechanical valve 4)Patients with heart transplant or waiting for heart transplant 5) Patients with severe liver or kidney dysfunction 6) Patients who have been enrolled in other clinical studies that may affect the purpose of this study
