Keyanqing group
:Patients in Keyanqing group use Keyanqing Polysaccharide Oral Care Solution to spray pharyngeal wound three times a day for one month after surgery
Control group:Postoperative use of physiological saline spray on the surgical wound of the pharynx, three times a day, for one month

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients with chronic tonsillitis and recurrent acute tonsillitis episodes; (2) Patients with lesion tonsils; (3) OSA children with tonsil hypertrophy; (4) Adult OSA patients who have failed ventilator treatment and require uvulopalatopharyngoplasty (including tonsillectomy).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Postoperative examination indicates malignant tumors; (2) People with diabetes, hypertension, immune system diseases or other chronic somatic diseases have not recovered or are poorly controlled.
