Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1: According to the 2017 "Consensus Opinion of TCM Diagnosis and Treatment Experts on Nonalcoholic Fatty Liver Disease" of Spleen and Stomach Disease Branch of Chinese Medicine Association , the diagnostic criteria are: (1) There are predisposing factors, such as high total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C), low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C), type 2 diabetes, obesity, etc.; (2) No virus, drug and autoimmune factors; (3) Excluding alcoholic liver disease;(4) The transaminase level can be increased by less than 5 times the upper limit of the normal value;(5) fibroscan showed that CAP>292 DB/M and E < 7.2 Kpa;(6) There is diagnostic evidence of imaging. With the above 1-6 items can be included in the diagnostic criteria. 2: Conscious, able to cooperate with clinical data collection independently. 3: The patients were between 20 and 60 years old. 4: Did not receive treatment for nonalcoholic fatty liver disease within 2 weeks before inclusion. 5: Informed and willing to join this experiment.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1: Patients who do not meet the above inclusion criteria; 2: Patients younger than 20 or older than 60; 3: People with low vision and hearing impairment;Patients with serious primary diseases, or patients who do not cooperate with treatment: such as patients with serious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, severe deficiency of liver and kidney function, hematopoietic system diseases or patients with mental illness and senile dementia;Patients with severe drug dependence;Severe immune system diseases; During a severe cold, etc.; 4: Pregnant or lactating women; 5: Patients who are afraid or excluded from BI GU therapy. 6: In the past month, he has been treated with related drugs or other non-drug treatments for nonalcoholic fatty liver disease. 7: Patients who drink too much alcohol every week (male > 280 g/week, female > 140 g/week) in recent one month.
