Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Diabetic patients aged 60-75 years with HbA1C > 7.0%. Those who were amenable to lifestyle interventions, cooperated with study follow-up, and who ate most of their meals at home.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.End-stage tumors and those with a life cycle of less than 1 year;2.Subjects with impaired gastrointestinal function, or other severe chronic diseases, hyperthyroidism and other ;3.Diabetes mellitus of greater than 5 years duration;4.Use of mealtime insulin and premixed insulin;5.BMI> 30 kg/m2;6.Subjects unable to cooperate with the study;7.Have been taking micronutrient-based dietary supplements.
