Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1: the mother or the father of the fetus or the previous child of the couple diagnosed with allergic diseases (such as food allergies or eczema/atopic dermatitis or asthma or allergic rhinitis) 2: healthy pregnant woman (14th to 16th weeks of pregnancy)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1: pregnant woman under 16 2: multiple pregnancies 3: known fetal abnormalities 4: maternal immune deficiency or orally taking immunosuppressive drugs 5: suffering from heart valve disease or immunodeficiency 6: using antibiotics within one month 7: with a history of transplantation or HIV 8: long term continuous use or ongoing use or intending to use probiotics before admission 9: external fertilization pregnancy 10: previously participated in researches 11: deemed unsuitable for inclusion in the study due to any other medical reasons 12: with gestational diabetes
