18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Diagnosis of first stroke, aged from 18 to 70 years old (2) The course of disease was 1-6 months (3) Modified Ashworth scale =1 was required for muscle tension assessment, (4) normal cognitive function according to the Montreal Cognitive Assessment with a cut-off score of >26. (5) The vital signs are stable, the condition is stable, and the informed consent form is voluntarily signed.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) visual, hearing and speech disorders, (2) local infection and skin ulceration at the treatment site, (3) received antispasmodic therapy such as drugs, neuromuscular blockade techniques, and surgery; (4) Severe dysfunction or failure of important organs such as the heart, lungs, liver, and kidneys; (5) Severe systemic infection, arrhythmia, and poorly controlled hypertension, severe osteoporosis, etc.
