18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Adult patients over 18 years old; 2. Both the patient and the legal guardian were fully informed and signed the informed consent to participate in the study; 3. The pain of hallux valgus affects daily life; 4. In the weight-bearing position, the X-ray HVA is greater than 20 °, the IMA is greater than 10 °, and there is significant dislocation at the tibial sesamoid position; 5. Ineffective Conservative management (wearing loose shoes, orthotics, orthotic insoles, physical therapy)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. First metatarsophalangeal joint degenerative arthritis, Rheumatoid arthritis, foot post-traumatic arthritis; 2. Peripheral vascular and neurological diseases; 3. Previous surgery on the first metatarsal bone, thumb, or metatarsophalangeal joint on the same side; 4. Involvement in foot activity or recent infections; 5. Currently participating in another clinical trial.
