Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age greater than or equal to 18 years old. 2. We are currently using a regimen containing bortezomib for treatment, and according to the NCI Adverse Event Common Toxicity Criteria (CTCAE) v5.0 rating scale, we have a sensory and/or motor BIPN of>1 level. 3. The patient's KPS (Karnofsky performance status) score is 70 or above, and there are no significant abnormalities in blood routine and liver and kidney function.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Previous medical history of: 1) Neuropathy caused by any type of nerve compression (such as carpal/tarsal tunnel syndrome, radiculopathy, spinal stenosis, brachial plexus neuropathy), 2) leptomeningeal cancer disease, 3) severe depression, 4) suicidal ideation, 5) bipolar disorder, 6) alcoholism, 7) severe dietary disorders, 8) significant abnormalities in renal or liver function, 9) vitamin B12 deficiency, 10) inability to provide informed consent. 2. Long term use of opioid analgesics.
