Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age: =18 years old 2. Elective colorectal cancer surgery under general anesthesia 3.ASA is graded from I to III 4. Subjects voluntarily signed the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Refuse to sign the test consent 2. Have neuropsychiatric disorders and a history of neurological or psychiatric disorders 3. Skin damage, redness, infection, etc. at the site of the intended irritation 4. Visual and hearing impairment and difficulty in communication 5. Severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, liver and kidney dysfunction (such as severe hepatitis, kidney failure) 6. There were tinnitus, sinus bradycardia and hoarseness before operation 7. Have asthma symptoms or history of asthma 8.History of previous colorectal surgery 9. Acute intestinal obstruction, intestinal perforation and other emergencies
