Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients undergoing elective laparoscopic total hysterectomy under general anesthesia (2) Voluntarily participate in the trial and sign the informed consent (3) American Society of Anesthesiology(ASA)I-II (4) BMI18 ~ 30 kg/m2

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) There is a clear history of neurological or psychiatric disorders before surgery; (2) Those who take sedative hypnotic drugs, tobacco, alcohol or drug addiction before surgery; (3) There is a history of allergy to the drug used in this study; (4) Pregnant or lactating women; (5) Patients with severe hypertension and heart, liver, kidney and other diseases before surgery
