Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) College students aged 18-30; (2) 18.8 = BMI < 25; (3) Meets the criteria for determining the arch index of the foot and meets the criteria for tiptoe testing and toe elevation testing; (4) Able to receive treatment and cooperate with the implementation of full process research, and sign an informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Long term use of orthopedic tools such as insoles; (2) For those with unequal structural or functional length in the lower limbs, the difference in length between the two lower limbs is = 2cm; (3) Those who have experienced discomfort in lower limb muscles and bones in the past two months; (4) Individuals with a history of lower limb surgery within the past six months.
