Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Normal volunteers ? Age = 18 years; ? Voluntary participation in this study. Rheumatoid arthritis patients ? RA diagnosis in accordance with the relevant criteria established by the American College of Rheumatology in 1987. ? No clear cardiovascular disease. ? Can cooperate to complete the examination.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Normal volunteers ? People with mental abnormality who cannot cooperate; ? Those with liver disease or abnormal liver function; ? Those with autoimmune disease or cardiovascular disease. ? Those who are receiving medication that affects vascular function. Rheumatoid patients ? Significant cardiac arrhythmia; ? Presence of a clear history of cardiovascular disease. ? Combined with other autoimmune diseases; ? Those with mental abnormality who cannot cooperate
