Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: A.Inclusion criteria for observation groups 1.Adults ?65 years old 2.BMI 18~30kg/m2 3.Patients were classified as having pre-operative SARS-CoV-2 infection based on any one of the following criteria ?Clinical manifestations and epidemiological basis of SARS-CoV-2 infection ?Etiological,serological or radiographic basis of SARS-CoV-2 infection 4.Patients undergoing non-emergency surgery B.Inclusion criteria for control group 1.Adults?65 years old 2.BMI 18~30kg/m2 3.Patients without pre-operative SARS-CoV-2 infection 4.Patients undergoing non-emergency surgery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with SARS-CoV-2 infection are diagnosed 0-30 days after surgery 2. Procedures that are typically performed outside of the operating theatre (e.g. in an endoscopy suite or radiology suite) or by non-surgeons (e.g. by gastroenterologists or cardiologists) were excluded. 3.Patients with previous history of lung or chest wall suegery
