Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Age 0-18 years old; (2) meet the diagnostic criteria of the 2009 American Rheumatology Association SLE; (3) Comply with the 2012 EULAR/ERA-EDTA guidelines.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Children who have not been seen for the first time in our hospital; (2) Immunosuppressants have been regularly used for 6 months before admission; (3) Incomplete clinical data; (4) Duration of medication= 6 months; (5) Patients with primary kidney disease or other types of secondary kidney disease; (6) Combined with other immune diseases such as dermatomyositis and vasculitis; (7) Those who are allergic or intolerant to immunosuppressants such as tacrolimus, mycophenolate mofetil, cyclosporine or hormones.
