Treatment group :Conventional Western Medicine Treatment+Take orally 12g of Shenqi Yanshen granules three times a day for 2 months
Control group:Conventional Western Medicine Treatment

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Meet the CKD-MBD diagnostic criteria proposed by KDIGO; 2) Conforming to the syndrome of spleen and kidney deficiency combined with toxin and blood stasis; 3) Age range from 45 to 70 years old, regardless of gender or primary disease; 4) Those who can cooperate with outpatient follow-up and treatment, and do not use medication intervention outside of the prescribed plan; 5) Good adherence to non drug management such as diet and obtaining informed consent from patients.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Acute kidney injury and after renal transplantation; 2) Those who have used glucocorticoid, Tripterygium wilfordii preparation and Immunosuppressive drug in the past three months, combined with other serious systemic diseases, have psychosis or can not clearly express discomfort symptoms; 3) Pregnant or preparing pregnant and lactating women; 4) Those who take other traditional Chinese medicine treatments at the same time;
