Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Male or female, age =18 years old; 2. Pathologically diagnosed with renal cell carcinoma, or imaging findings consistent with typical presentation of renal cell carcinoma; 3. Primary renal tumor, or intra-renal recurrence after partial nephrectomy; 4. Life expectancy =2 years; 5. ECOG score 0-2; 6. Active treatment is warranted; 7. Non-surgical candidate, including surgically resectable or unable to tolerate surgery;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Contraindications for MRI examination; 2. Creatinine clearance <30mL/min; 3. Currently receiving anti-angiogenic targeted therapy; 4. Pregnant, planning for pregnancy, or lactating women; 5. Prior radiotherapy to the primary tumor; 6. Poor control of concomitant disease, under which radiotherapy may cause deterioration of disease and becomes life-threatening; 7. Deemed unsuitable for inclusion by investigators.
