Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Conforming to the diagnostic standards of Western medicine and traditional Chinese medicine differentiation standards for chronic pelvic pain caused by pelvic inflammatory disease sequelae; (2) Age 20-50 years old; (3) Lower abdominal and lumbosacral pain visual analogue scale (VAS) scores = 3 points; (4) Patients who agree to participate in this study and sign an informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Pregnant or preparing for pregnancy, lactation, or menopausal women within six months; (2) Those who have been confirmed through examination to have related symptoms caused by other diseases such as endometriosis, adenomyosis, acute cervicitis, specific vaginitis, pelvic venous congestion syndrome, and tuberculous pelvic inflammatory disease; (3) Patients with acute onset of pelvic inflammatory disease or concurrent pelvic abscess, or those with perianal infection; (4) Concomitant cardiovascular disease, liver and kidney disease, hematological system disease, neuropsychiatric disease, etc; (5) Patients with unresolved perineal trauma; (6) A person with needle sickness or a systemic disease that researchers believe requires measures due to discomfort at the injection site.
