18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18-75 years old. 2. The ASA (American Society of Anesthesiologists) grading standard is in the ?-? level, and the elective operation patients who need radial artery puncture and catheterization during the operation. 3. Sign the subject's informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Positive modified Allen test or radial artery puncture and catheterization within 30 days. 2. Pregnant and lactating women. 3. Hemodynamic instability after anesthesia requires drug intervention. 4. The forearm on the side to be punctured needs to be used during the operation. 5. Those who are unable to give fully informed consent due to intellectual or behavioral disabilities. 6. There are skin defects in the arterial puncture area or other conditions that do not tolerate ultrasonic puncture.
