15 Years to 24 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) aged between 15 and 24 (2) can understand Cantonese and follow instructions (3) scored between 5-19 on Patient Health Questionnaire-9 (PHQ-9)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) identified psychological illness (2) taking any psychoactive drugs (3) poses illness leading to the incapability of moderate strength exercise or cannot be exposed to sunlight or plants (4) scored equals to or above 20 in PHQ-9, which indicates severe depression and requires immediate medical treatment
