Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: (1) age = 18 years old; (2) The diagnostic criteria of the guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of acute myocardial infarction formulated by the cardiovascular branch of the Chinese Medical Association were met; (3) Patients with stable condition 48-72 hours after PCI, thrombolysis or vasodilator therapy after admission; (4) Informed consent and normal communication to answer questions.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: (1) patients with mental illness; (2) Unconsciousness; (3) Extremely weak; (4) Patients with complications such as tumor, liver and kidney weakness; (5) The patients received relevant psychotherapy during the follow-up period.
