18 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The patient or family member signs the informed consent form. 2. Elective lower limb orthopedic surgery is planned to be performed under subarachnoid anesthesia. 3. 18=age=90 years old. 4. No gender restrictions. 5. American Society of Anesthesiologists classifies ASA I~III.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Contraindications of subarachnoid anesthesia. 2. Severe cardiopulmonary disease. 3. History of lumbar surgery. 4. Scoliosis. 5. Pregnant and lactating women. 6. Patients with affected skin in the anesthetized area.
