Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) those diagnosed by a pediatric or psychiatric specialist who meet the diagnostic criteria for ASD in the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, Fifth Edition, published by the American Psychiatric Association; (2) Aged 6-12 years old; (3) All right-handed (4) signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with comorbidifiable mental disorders, neurological disorders, head injuries, serious medical conditions, or a history of substance abuse/dependence as defined in the DSM-5; (2) The fourth edition of the Wechsler Intelligence Scale for Children was assessed with an overall IQ (FIQ) score of less than 70
