Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. meet the diagnostic criteria of COPD in Chinese and Western medicine; 2. have a stable disease stage; 3. be =40 years old and =80 years old; 4. sign the informed consent and be willing to cooperate with the study; 5. have not used antibiotics in the last 2 weeks prior to the participation in the trial; 6. have not used antibiotics in the last 2 weeks prior to the participation in the trial; 7. have not used antibiotics in the last 2 weeks prior to the participation in the trial.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who are unable to cooperate with mental, intellectual or thinking abnormality. 2. Those who combine other lung or lung-derived diseases that seriously affect lung function: such as severe pulmonary heart disease, chronic respiratory failure, spontaneous pneumothorax, bronchial asthma, bronchodilatation, pleural disease, thoracic deformity. 3. Those who combine serious cardiovascular, cerebral, hepatic, renal, osteoarticular, neurological, immune-metabolism system diseases and patients with malignant tumors. 4. Those who have been doing other regular rehabilitation exercise training for a long time (including those who have been doing six-word training within the last 1 month). 5. Those who are extremely weak or physically or mentally handicapped and unable to train.
