Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) The clinical diagnosis conforms to the Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Acute Ischemic Stroke 2018; (2) Stroke patients with motor dysfunction: at least one limb has a Manual Muscle Test (MMT)<5; (3) Age = 18 years old; (4) MMSE = 20 (primary school) or = 24 (middle school and above); (5) The sleep duration of the previous night was between 6.5 and 9 hours; (6) Good audiovisual function and consciousness, able to conduct normal verbal communication; (7) Volunteer to participate in this study and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) People suffering from cognitive disorders or taking benzodiazepines, antipsychotics or antiepileptic drugs and other drugs that may affect cognitive function and drug abuse, alcohol and drug abuse, poisoning and metabolic abnormalities; (2) Serious anxiety, depression or other mental diseases, other systemic diseases (hypothyroidism, vitamin deficiency, liver and kidney insufficiency, etc.); (3) Those suffering from serious eye diseases such as cataract, glaucoma, ptosis, visual impairment, hearing impairment, severe aphasia or other conditions that may hinder the completion of neuropsychological assessment or brain MRI examination; (4) Unstable vital signs, malignant, critical illness and other types of neurological diseases; (5) Is participating in another experiment
