Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Right-handed patients with chronic low back pain who are between the ages of 18 and 40 years; 2. The patients had low back pain at least half the time in the past half year, and the average numerical rating scale score in the past week was =3; 3. the patient had low back pain at least half the time in the past half year, and the average NRS score in the past week was =3; 4. no opioid painkillers, anti-anxiety antidepressants, or sleep medications were used in the 4 weeks before the test; 5. no regular practice of Tai Chi Quan in recent 3 months; 6. no physical therapy (such as shockwave, infrared electrotherapy and acupuncture) was received; 7. no muscle fatigue within 24 hours before the test; 8. participate voluntarily and sign written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Participants with motor and sensory dysfunction; 2. with broken or diseased skin; 3. be in unhealthy mental state; 4. have a history of specific low back pain (such as discogenic low back pain, mandatory spondylitis, spinal tumors, visceral diseases, low back pain caused by spinal trauma) or lumbar surgery; 5. pregnant or be preparing for pregnancy; 6. have a history of drug and alcohol abuse.
