Group R:If FTc<349.4ms, 250ml of compound sodium chloride will be given within 15 minutes and repeat this process until FTc = 349.4ms.

Group N:FTc = 349.4ms, no intervention is required .

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients undergoing laparoscopic gastrointestinal tumor resection under elective general anesthesia in our hospital, with ASA grades of II-III.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with heart, liver, brain, lung, kidney, metabolic and Central nervous system disease, pregnancy, and known Drug allergy; Exclude patients with unclear carotid artery pulsation, anatomical abnormalities, and inability to undergo carotid artery ultrasound measurement.
