Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: There was no statistical significance in the comparison of age, weight, height and BMI between the two groups. The uterine orifice was opened to 2~3cmLabor analgesia, ASA?-? grade, full term, cephalic, single primiparas selected. Maternal WBC before painless delivery,HB is normal, body temperature (ear temperature gun) is normal.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Women with infectious diseases, premature rupture of membranes and medical conditions, such as hyperemia during pregnancy, gestational diabetes, thyroid disease during pregnancy, were excluded
