Control group:Conventional medicine and rehabilitation and transcranial direct current stimulation
experimental group 1:The experimental group 1 was treated with surface electromyography biofeedback(sEMG-BF) on the basis of the control group
experimental group 2:The experimental group 2 was given biofeedback therapy and game training on the basis of the control group

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1)Patients with a first-time stroke who meet the diagnostic criteria for stroke and are confirmed by head CT or MRI;(2)The course of the disease is within 48 hours and 2 weeks after stabilization;(3)The experimental test of the initial screening of drinking water in Watian was at level 3-5;(4)Age 18-75 years;(5)Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE) > 24 points and can cooperate;(6)Informed consent of patients and families

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1)Patients with a history of previous stroke and residual swallowing dysfunction;(2)Patients with severe liver, kidney, heart, and lung disease in the past;(3)Large seizures require medication;(4)Patients with aortic aneurysm;(5)Elderly and frail patients;(6)Those who do not cooperate
