18 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Age 18-80; (2) Intracranial aneurysms confirmed by head computed tomography (CTA) or digital subtraction angiography (DSA); (3) No history of intracranial benign and malignant tumors; (4)Hunt-Hess class IV-V; (5) Stable vital signs after rescue or early treatment; (6) Receiving craniotomy clipping or vascular embolization treatment; (7) The patient's legal representative signs the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Known allergy to medical devices; (2) Systemic inflammatory response syndrome or sepsis was diagnosed at enrollment; (3) Have a history of blood system diseases, bleeding constitution, and coagulation dysfunction; (4) Have undergone major surgery in the past three months or have a history of craniocerebral trauma, gastrointestinal bleeding, and urinary system bleeding; (5) Patients with advanced renal failure requiring dialysis; (6) Life expectancy< 6 months; (7) Pregnant and lactating patients (8) Patients who the investigator believes are not suitable to participate in this program for other reasons.
