Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Those who have obtained the professional qualification certificate of nurses and nursing in the emergency department (including department nurses, training nurses, Nurse in further training, and trainees participating in emergency specialist nurse training)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Non-emergency department nursing staff, who have not obtained a nurse practitioner qualification certificate, emergency department nursing staff who have taken leave for more than three months or gone out to study for more than three months.
